At LIVIA DIGITAL, all our products are digital downloads — no physical shipping is required.

1. Delivery Method

• After payment confirmation, your product will be delivered via email with a secure download link.

• You can also download your product instantly from the order confirmation page after checkout.

2. Delivery Time

• Credit/Debit Card & PayPal: Instant delivery once the payment is confirmed.

• Bank Transfer: Delivery within 24 hours after we verify your payment (please send payment proof and your order number to support@liviadigital.com).

3. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your download link:

1. Check your Spam or Promotions folder.

2. Search for an email from support@liviadigitalma.com.

3. If still missing, contact us with your order number and payment proof, and we will resend your link.

4. No Physical Shipping

Since our products are digital, there are no shipping fees and no physical deliveries.
