1. How will I receive my product?

All our products are digital downloads. After your payment is confirmed, a secure download link will appear on the order confirmation page, and we’ll also send it to your email.

2. How fast will I get my order?

  • Credit/Debit Card & PayPal: Instant delivery after payment confirmation.

  • Bank Transfer: Delivery within 24 hours after we verify the payment (send your receipt and order number to support@liviadigitalma.com).

3. What if I don’t receive the email?

Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact support@liviadigitalma.com with your order number and payment proof.

4. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with your file, we will re-send it or provide an alternative download link.
